Approach
- Designed 6 opinionated templates around a fixed A4 grid so output stays consistent across printers.
- Live preview pane driven by controlled inputs — no page reloads, no lost state.
- PDF export composed from the on-screen DOM so what you see is exactly what prints.
Outcomes
- Cover generation reduced from ~20 minutes to under 60 seconds.
- Adopted by classmates across three departments at VBU.
- Zero print-formatting complaints since launch.
